02/11/2015
SGrace/Maranello Kart has displayed great performances at the 44th Trofeo delle Industrie held in Lonato. Mosca has been among the absolute quickest of the 62 drivers in KZ2. Great competitiveness also for Dante.
SGrace/Maranello Kart has once again produced spectacle at the South Garda Karting circuit of Lonato (Brescia, Italy), with its drivers fighting for the victory until the final stages of the 44th edition of the Trofeo delle Industrie, event that saw 62 drivers of international level competing in KZ2. A “Super” Tommaso Mosca has been shining since the beginning on Maranello-Tm, as he set the second quickest time in qualifying posting a 41.262s that was just 20 thousands of a second shy of the pole position. A great protagonist of the circuit of Lonato of the likes of Massimo Dante, also confirmed his speed with the fifth time of his Group in 41.443s. All SGrace/Maranello Kart qualified in the top half of the grid, challenged their rivals in qualifying heats and, despite some hiccups in the races, all gained access to the final stages. Tommaso Mosca was again on the limelight after the heats as he was absolute third thanks to two wins and a third place, while Massimo Dante was eighth. The Prefinal has seen Mosca again among the protagonists pulling a great P3 at the flag, while Dante scored a promising ninth place. The Final unfortunately did not see all the potential shown by Maranello Kart's drivers getting concrete due to a series of inconveniences. Tommaso Mosca was slowed down right after the start and eventually forced to the retirement due to a technical problem. Massimo Dante managed to keep the race pace of the front runners in the Final that was eventually won by Simo Puhakka, but the Italian could not gain any positions closing 13th.
