MARANELLO KART IN SARNO AT THE ITALIAN ACI KARTING CHAMPIONSHIP

07/06/2018

Maranello Kart will make it to the track in Sarno for the third round of the Italian ACI Karting Championship. Marco Zanchetta and Marco Pastacaldi to contest KZ2, Iancu and Visoreanu 60 Mini.

The challenge of the Italian ACI Karting Championship will resume from the International Circuit Napoli in Sarno and Maranello Kart will be present as a protagonist following the two rounds run in Siena in 60 Mini and La Conca in KZ2.

Marco Zanchetta is the Italian reigning champion on Maranello-Tm and has been displaying his competitiveness at the World Circuit La Conca in the opener of the Italian KZ2 Championship where he got on the podium again. The Maranello Kart’s driver could not repeat such a strong result in Race2, unfortunately, as an incident prevented him from scoring some further points. He currently stands seventh in the classification with a gap to the top of 26 points, but he is positive for Sarno where he could get some ground back.

Marco Pastacaldi will also be present with Maranello Kart in Sarno. He has always run solid races and is quite resolute to shine this year too. He did not start off very well in La Conca though, as he was involved in two incidents in the two opening finals, but in Sarno he will certainly have the chance to bounce back and score his first points of the season in the Italian Championship.

Category 60 Mini will also get on track in Sarno after the opener held in Siena. Two youngsters of Maranello Kart will be present, namely Alex Iancu and Luca Paul Visoreanu, in a round that will be quite competitive with 80 drivers on track.
