POSITIVE INDICATIONS FOR MARANELLO KART IN THE ROK CUP INTERNATIONAL FINAL

Maranello Kart’s participation in the closer of the Rok Cup International Final in Lonato has been positive. The race had 240 drivers at the start.
The crowded Rok Cup International Final held at the South Garda Karting Circuit in Lonato in the presence of 420 drivers coming from 58 different Nations has seen Maranello Kart putting in good results in virtually all categories of this important International event.
Alex Iancu and Mattia Simonini have been the quickest on Maranello Kart in Junior Rok. Due to some unlucky episodes the two did not manage to qualify for the final, but run nevertheless a strong Final-B in the Junior Rok Bridgestone Trophy. Iancu secured in fact the victory after bouncing back from P9, while Simonini was 12th.
In Mini Rok, a good performance for Maranello Kart was put in by the Polish driver Bartosz Grzywacz, who managed to qualify for the Final and classified 30th out of the 143 drivers present in a very hard fought final.
In Super Rok, Mario Martucci qualified for the Final and closed his effort in P8, being among the quickest of the category.
Gabrio Bizzozzero had tough luck in Shifter Rok and, despite not qualifying for the Final, he took part in the Final-B of the Vortex Trophy, where he crossed the finish line as the first, but a 10s time penalty relegated him to P8.
The next on-track appointment for Maranello Kart is the opener of the WSK Final Cup with Alex Iancu set to compete in Mini next October 21st in Lonato.
